The rules for using BoboChat

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• Maintain only one personal account unless BoboChat expressly authorizes another account.
• Do not impersonate another person, create a fake identity, or use another member's account.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Respectful use

BoboChat is for genuine friendship, dating, conversation, and relationships. You must not harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail, scam, exploit, discriminate against, or sexually abuse another person.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or attempts to contact minors.
• Non-consensual intimate images, explicit threats, or sexual harassment.
• Fraud, romance scams, requests for money under false pretences, or financial crime.
• Spam, bulk solicitation, malware, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass limits.
• Hateful, violent, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Uploading photos or information that you do not have permission to use.

Moderation and reports

We may review, restrict, remove, or disable content and accounts that violate these rules or create risk. Use the Report and Block tools when something feels unsafe. We may suspend or terminate accounts without advance notice where necessary to protect members or comply with law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, profile text, and messages you submit. You give BoboChat a limited licence to host, display, resize, moderate, and deliver that content as needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

Country-based service

Discover, Nearby, search, and payment options may depend on your selected or detected country. BoboChat is not responsible for inaccurate information you provide or for results unavailable in a specific country or region.

Availability and disclaimers

BoboChat does not guarantee that you will find a match, receive a reply, or remain connected to another member. Features may change, be paused, or be unavailable for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons. Use good judgment and meet people safely in public places.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date shown on this page and, where appropriate, notify members through the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
