Subscriptions, gifts, and payment choices
Payment methods, currencies, prices, and plans can differ by country and are shown before you pay.

Payment providers
BoboChat may offer Paystack card payments, SMS payments, PayPal, or other methods configured for your country. The checkout screen identifies the provider being used.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
If a card payment creates a reusable authorization and auto-renewal is enabled, the plan may renew when it expires. You can turn off future renewal from your account settings. Turning off renewal does not normally remove time already paid for.
Pay for me gifts
A member may request that another member pay for their Premium access. The person who completes payment is recorded as the payer, while the requested member receives the subscription. The payer can review and cancel future gift renewals in settings.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, access may expire at the end of the current paid period. We may retry or mark the subscription as expired according to the configured payment process.
Refunds and disputes
Refund eligibility depends on the payment method, applicable consumer law, and the circumstances of the request. Contact info@emarisfreight.name.ng with your account phone number, plan, amount, and payment reference. Never send full card details by email.
Prices and changes
Prices may be changed by country or plan. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you authorize for that transaction. Payment-provider fees, bank charges, or taxes may apply where required.
